I've previously owned the AS3 and AS3+. These new AS4 are noticeable better. It handles and grips just as good as previous models. The improvement is in the noise and comfort level. Noise being more muted, meaning in a more comfortable ride. It's an early assessment but hope the durability and longevity will be impressive. We will see.

I have purchased two separate sets of All Season 4 Tires for two of my higher performance vehicles. Being Audi's they are AWD and quite heavy, these cars are known for understeer and when pushed hard you can feel the car push. Softer walled tires really feel floaty on the road in aggressive driving. Not only do these tires perform exceptionally well in regards to grip (accelerating and decelerating) their lateral grip is most impressive. These tires allow my cars to handle like they are on rails, regardless of the temperature. Being AA for traction and A for temperature they do exceptionally well when dedicated summer tires become hard and dangerous.

I just purchased a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for a 2020 WRX Sport-tech RS. Replacement for the OEM Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT which wore out prematurely (~30 000 km). I immediately noticed much less road noise with the Pilot Sport 4 compared to the Dunlop tirs. My wife even commented: "It's quiet now, like a normal car". So far noticeably more comfortable on rough roads with good handling. Hopefully, the Michelin tires are more durable. Will see how

Too many reports not indicating what vehicle the tires are mounted on! What good is such info? I have a new set of 245/4018 going on our 2019 RS 3, which has run 16,698 fast back roads out of a total 23,192 on current Michelin A/S3+ with no issues at all. Will report on the Pilot Sport 4S after some mileage is run at speed.

I bought a set of Michelin Pilot Sport All Season ZP for my 2014 Cadillac CTS VSport Premium. These are the best riding run-flat tires I have used on this vehicle. I have experienced better wet weather performance, and expect better wear than with summer tires.

I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

I no longer engage in terribly spirited driving (its been 25 years since racing school), but I still appreciate a superior sticky tire. I have also gained a fondness for a quiet , smooth ride, which you normally don't expect with a performance tire. I was therefore pleasantly surprised at how much these tires delivered all these qualities with so few of the usual compromises. For my purposes, this was an excellent choice, with much more grip than the OEM tires, and equal smoothness and very little more road noise. Unless you think you want a super stickey tire ( and are willing to pay the price in dollars and discomfort), I recommend the A/S 4. It looks like the new standard for an all season performance tire.

I've had my tires for about 9 months now and they're awesome!! My previous set of tires were the Continental Extremecontact DWS06. If I were to compare the two, in terms of performance and comfort, the Pilot Sport A/S 4 has been quite a bit better in the dry and wet weather...gas mileage is approximately the same for both tires. I haven't had the opportunity to drive in the snow so I don't know which tires are better. But in terms of treadwear, I would give a slight edge to the Continentals.

I replaced the original tires on my 2011 Z06. I noticed an immediate smoother ride and much less noise in the car. Straight line acceleration is very similar even with the heads and cam mods. I am not easy on the car and drive aggressively when I take it out. I was considering a higher performance Michelin tire but am pleased with the All Season 4. How long they last is TBD.

I bought these for my charger scat pack. In a month they had 2 separations on the inside bead of the tire. First there was a vibration this is when we discovered the defect. Huge safety issue!! Then we replaced them. 4k miles another vibration and it was all 4 tires split on the inside of every tire. This could have caused a crash or even death for myself and my family!! Do Not buy!!!
