These tires are terrible in the snow. I feel very unsafe driving with these tires on and they have full tread

We suggest taking the vehicle to an authorized Michelin retailer to get an inspection of the tires. Depending on the amount of snow, it may be that a winter tire would be more appropriate for your application. Blow outs in primacy tour under 7000 miles

2 blow outs one at 3000 and second at 6700 miles totally a crime first a tire should last 40 to 50 thousand miles

Horrendous road noise

I just had these installed today and the road noise is horrendous. With the radio volume on high, I still hear the road noise.

Michelle, sorry to hear of the noise, but fortunately there is a Satisfaction Guarantee as part of the Michelin Promise Plan. Your selling retailer should be able to swap the tires out for you.

Lousy tires and poor service

These tires are garbage. Rated at 55k, but worn out at 30k. Michelin just told me that tires that come on new vehicles are not covered by warranty.

Quieter ride than the original Michelins

These tires are much quieter than the originals. They also feel more confident in rainy conditions.

Long lasting

Came on my 2020 Kia Telluride, looking to buy the same that came on the suv. So far they have lasted 66,600 mile and they still have tread.

Best ride ever

Bought 4 new Primacy Tour A/S on March 28, 2023. Don't drive a whole lot, but these are the quietest and best riding tires I ever owned.
