I buy these every trip to Sam's. I put them in my oatmeal, have them as a healthy snack, and my daughter adds them to beverages.

In use the triple berry blend to make parfait and it's outstanding.

I like to mix these in with Greek yogurt and cinnamon powder. Makes for a great desert.

These are literally flash, frozen berries if you defrost them, you almost would think they were fresh. However, the benefit is them being frozen, They don’t go bad you can easily defrost them and put them in yogurt or in a dessert or a salad. The best frozen Frozen berry medley it wasn’t full of strawberries, but I’ve ever had.
