[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Beautyrest BR800 mattress to be firm yet comfortable. It gave me the support my previous mattress didn't. It's well made and has reinforced stitching along the sides and piping around the mattress. My first night sleeping on it was comfortable. The mattress contours to your body yet still remains firm. You don't feel like you are sleeping on a rock. I liked that the foam was dense and has cooling gel. The mattress is a little over 11 inches in height. I found it fit my existing box spring just fine. Set up was very easy. Depending on the bed size you may need two people to set it up. I didn't have any issues with the mattress cover not fitting. My sheets also fit well. Overall the mattress fits my needs. So far after three days of use, I haven't found a real con. It would have been nice if the mattress had added piping as a handle it would have made setup or moving of the mattress easier. But besides that, I'm happy with it so far. It provided me with the comfort and support I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a muscle disease and have found it hard to find a bed that doesn't hurt my muscles. I went with a firm bed as any softer I wake up sore. I LOVE this bed. The firm-ness is just right, not too hard, but not sinking in soft either. There is some bounce to the bed, so it wasn't as motionless as our previous memory foam bed was. The only other thing that we had an issue with was that it does not like our bed frame very well, it likes to slide out of place. I think the moving of it is because for a king it's actually a fairly light bed. My husband and I have used it for about two months, and we are both on the larger side, this bed has not sunken in and has no divits at all which has been a first for beds for us! Overall we both really love the bed and have had some of the best sleep in a very very long time!

This is my first time having a Beautyrest. I love the quality of it. It's built to last which is important. What you invest in is VALUE! I look forward to eventually getting a twin at some point. This supported my body perfectly, and I'm slightly overweight. I bring that up because I want you to know, it's high quality. No sagging!

I now feel much more rested and refreshed since getting this Beautyrest mattress. I also fall asleep much easier and faster than before. I do not wake up with so much aches and stiffness as before. This mattress is the right firmmess and is super comfy! Looking foward to more sleepful nights on this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Beautyrest BR800 Firm mattress and have been sleeping on it a few nights now and so far I love it. I got the Queen size for me and the hubby and he loves it too. Right off the bat we both noticed how we could move around without bouncing each other around on the bed which is a big perk for us because normally we are both up and down during the night. With that said I should also now mention that neither of us were up and down during the night like normal. I may have turned over one time during the night but I don't even remember that because I slept like a baby on this mattress. I never had to kick off the covers because I stayed cool and comfortable and I didn't bump into my hubby in the middle of the bed. We both were able to stay on our side without falling in the middle. Now I know that this mattress is still new and most mattresses take a while to give in the middle so I will update in a few months as to how that holds up but no complaints at all right now. I should also mention I have an adjustable base in my bed and was worried this mattress may not give where it needs to when moving it up and down at the head and knee area but it worked like a charm with that also which was an extra nice surprise. So far this mattress is definitely a keeper.

I purchased this firm and it sleeps great. I purchased a memory foam mattress topper separately, so I could have added softness with firmness but not too soft. Most would say, Why didn't you purchase a pillow top or medium firm? I had a pillowtop mattress before and it caused me too many back issues. The medium firm was too soft for me and reminded me too much of my old pillowtop mattress, so I chose the firm. I get a comfy night of rest with this mattress with or without a topper. I highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress that is not too soft but comfortable to get a good nights rest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mattress for about a week and I love it a lot! I personally prefer a firm mattress so I selected the type firm. It turns out to be what I was looking for. I used to sleep on a mattress between firm and soft and realize soft ones create pain on my back so I was looking for a firm one. The mattress was well packed with thick plastic wrap and the logistic company delivered it to the room. It is quite heavy with 11 inches height. There were no any chemical smells at all so I started using it the night right when it arrived. The first day when I received it, I threw a cast iron oven from Staub (very heavy) on top of it for fun and it holds very well -- hardly see any cave after the impact from the video of such experiment. The thread is neat and looks nice at first glance. The surface is of very comfortable cotton. I have bad skin allergies but I haven't experienced any symptoms since starting using the new mattress from Beautyrest with a layer of bed sheet. It is hard enough to support my back, waist and spine. You can see that no matter if I am lying on my side or flat on my back, my spine is straight and no additional stress is caused. I have had very good sleep these days. I might even sleep too much because it is so comfortable sleeping on it. I had slept for more than 10 hours for both Saturday and Sunday, and I didn't feel any pain on the back which I used to have when I slept for too long. I also start to sit on my bed watching TV and due to the firmness I don't sink too much which you can see from the last pictures. I will do it more and more when it gets cold ;) Overall, it is a great mattress and I will highly recommend it!

Had to get a smaller mattress so mom's walker could be used in her bedroom. Temporary solution until we can get a bigger bed in there. Seems to do the job for now. Very slippery on a raised metap frame. You will need a grip pad between the mattress and a raised metal frame.

The first 30 were painful since I didn't realize how poorly my body was being supported by my old bed until it was well supported with the Beautyrest BR800 Firm mattress. I feel so much better now! The firm is VERY firm and comfortable. I feel well rested and have more energy since I'm sleeping better.
