I got the product, I put the connector in the outlet to test it before connecting and it has a BLINKING F. I realized I can't reset this. I did try to connect it after shutting it off and on with the connector, still same thing, something is wrong with the connector itself and needs replaced. If it can be replaced I will change my rating to 5.

Poor quality. I had it on my bed to test and it was plugged in on the 2 setting, both sides. It started getting warm on both sides nicely. But then I checked on it 10 minutes later and the blanket was ice cold on both sides. The blanked still showed it was heating on level 2 on both sides too, but neither side was warm at all, not even a little bit. This company seems to have very poor quality control or just poor products. I purchased two of the heated throws from this same company and both didn't heat at all on the top halves of the throws.

The blanket is so soft and cozy. It warms up quickly. All of our family loves it.

I purchased 2 queen electric blankets. I have used mine for 1 week, the blanket is warms very well. It fits not feel like it is oat 1 ir 2, I can sleep in Michigan cold on 4 however those under 30° days I need it on 8. I haven't had and electric blanket in years, they seem lighter than in the past also you do not "feel" the cords the way my old blanket felt. The blanket is so soft, not think not thin, just right. I will update this review in couple of months. By then I should know if it elect my gas bill or hurry my electric bill.
