We bought two of these sofas and two of the matching recliners in cognac. The color is way better than it looks online and the quality is great! We have them in our family room, so they are getting a lot of use. We bought them because they are leather, but also for the manual recliners. We had power recliners before, but found it limited our furniture placement options in our open concept home. If you can't decide on these sofas, buy them!

This was our first time buying furniture without trying it out. I can say we have absolutely no buyer's remorse as this thing is as comfortable as any sofa we've tried. The photos actually do justice as it looks just as it does in the pictures. The sofa came in a single large box. Installation of the three back rests and two corner rests are required. No tools needed as they all just snap into place. Installation was a breeze Would recommend buying this without trying if you like the photos

Pros: The couch itself is fantastic! It's comfortable and the reclining function is perfect. Cons: we purchased the couch online because they didn't have the color we wanted in store. Week after week they kept pushing our delivery date back with no communication. After waiting a month we called the third party delivery and ask to pick up the couch. We drove an hour up to the warehouse. Super disappointed in the shipping process.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. The sofa arrives in one big box and you definitely need help to move it to the desired location. I didn't receive any notice from the shipping company and it was delivered earlier than expected, luckily not on a rainy day. Considering the price and quality of the sofa, I am not bothered by the shipping dilemma.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and one of the recliners is broken! We called the manufacturer and she said they were not making any parts for this couch anymore?? Mind you we had to RENT A TRUCK to pick up TWO sofas and now we are gonna have to rent a truck to take it back??? This is ridiculous. My husband and I are both handicapped and we can't get the couch back to the store at this time due to health reason. I guess we are stuck with a broken couch. We have bought sofas from here before but I'd they are not gonna stand by what they sell them we won't buy one again.

I bought this sofa and two parts were missing so I called 1-877-334-0900. The lady told me that someone will be in contact with me that day but two days later nobody called me back. I have evidence, photos and videos. This is a joke! We rented a Uhaul to pickup this sofa and we won't be able to take it back for a return. I need my missing pieces or my money back! ASAP

I recently purchased two of these leather sofas for my living room and I am extremely impressed with the quality. I was quoted $4,000 for a similar sofa at a local furniture store and Sams Club came through for the win. This product was delivered right to my home and packaged very well. The cell phone chargers are a nice feature, too!

I got a text around 10:30 that morning (Friday) that my order was out for delivery. That was 4 days earlier than my original estimated delivery date. We hadn't received any notification prior to that text that our shipment was coming earlier than expected. We had plans to leave town that evening but figured it would arrive before we needed to leave. We still hadn't gotten the delivery by 5pm, so I called the number in the text. The rep informed me he couldn't reach the driver, but the hub said he had 3 deliveries before us. He said if the driver didn't reach us by 7, then it would be delivered Monday. He said there was no way to request the delivery be delayed and that if he did make it by 7, he would leave the furniture in the driveway. So we had no choice but to wait. Our delivery arrived around 6, but they didn't even notify us they were there. They didn't ring the bell or honk or anything. Fortunately, my husband was driving up at that moment and saw the furniture in the driveway and the driver leaving. I would have appreciated a text update that the delivery was moving to a different date, and a time window would have been appreciated too. THEN on top of it all, the driver left the packing slip in the mailbox which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. Different shipping options would be great, because I would have paid for the white glove service. We managed to get it inside with our neighbor's help (we both had surgery recently and not fully recovered), but someone living alone or having to deal with stairs would have had a tough time since the box weighs 240 pounds. So expect to be home and have help available to move it!!

Looks nice and comfortable now but it is new. Time will tell how well it is made.
