This computer is VERY nice. It's super thin, but the metal shell makes it feel very durable. I thought the track pad and keyboard are nice, the sound is really good and it's very quiet and fast. Highly recommend.

Works great. Love having so much compute power in a lightweight laptop! I like the sleek black look. The touchscreen was essential for me, and it works fine. The keyboard is sturdy with a good-sized trackpad. I like that the keyboard is an integral part of the device, like most other laptops, instead of the cheap "type cover" keypad on my previous Surface tablet. Had no trouble getting this machine up and running, unlike other reviewers. Just charged the battery for 3 hours before trying to turn it on, and installation went fine. Overall, very pleased.

Keyboard and track pad seemingly not at all connected. I can’t even properly set it up. Will not stay on or even turn on properly. Genuinely terrible and a huge waste of money right before the school year.

Laptop would not boot up. Battery good. Returned for a refund to buy some other brand. From the other reviewers both from Sam's Club and the internet, it appears Microsoft has a serious quality control problem.

Won’t stay on. Unable to even setup. If it’s that difficult before even using how many other problems will it have.
