[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen and heard such good reviews on LG products. Love the craft, crushed and craft ice. The full convert drawer is super and easy to use. The glass top refrigerator door you can knock 2 times to see what is inside and it also splits open so you do not have to open door up fully as an energy saver. I will be needing a new washser and dryer soon and will see what LG has to offer. Would recommend refrigerator to anyone looking for a replacement.

I like many features of this fridge. Especially the door in door and the 4th middle drawer that can be fridge space or freezer space. Having trouble with the second ice maker. Three craft ice balls every one or two days? Having a repair person come tomorrow to check it out. Freezer itself is small but I have an upright freezer in addition so doesn't matter too much.

I wish the base was a little bigger to set a glass and or pitcher for water and Ice the sprout is a little to close to the handle sometimes causing spillage; otherwise all of the features are living up to hype. The knock feature and the craft Ice is wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge almost 3 years and love it! Excellent quality, features, efficiency, technology. It's the earlier model before they had the craft ice. We went into the appliance store to buy a dishwasher and came out with this fridge too. I've wanted a door-in-a-door and the Instaview is very cool. We had a competitor's counter depth side by side (not as reliable) which was still good but when we saw this one, with Instaview, we had to have it. We got the counter depth version because our kitchen is small and regular depth sticks out too far. There's only the two of us now but it still has room for plenty of groceries. The French Doors and adjustable shelves make it easy to fit larger objects, i.e. turkey, sheet cakes, tall bottles (we do have a deep freezer in the garage). The Instaview within the door-in-a-door is a fantastic idea. It's nice not to have to open up the whole door to grab frequently used foods or do a quick check before grocery shopping. The middle drawer is great and separate temp settings a plus. Overall, I keep all the temp settings pretty low. The freezer can keep things rock hard if that's what you want. The air filter works really well and its power feature really well to clear out a bad smell that a food can sometimes cause. I can go on the app and check temps, turn on/off air filter and power freeze etc. It's easy to change the water and air filters. We also love the small square-ish ice cubes it makes; my husband didn't like the large half-moon shaped ice the old fridge made. This thing crushes the ice well too. If the ice rarely gets used (i.e. vacation) sometimes you have to open the ice maker door and break up any ice that may have stuck together. Not a big deal as all ice makers will do this. Since we use it everyday that rarely happens. The inside of the fridge is well lit due to the bright LED lighting. It feels sturdy and well made with excellent fit and finish. Other popular brands we looked at felt flimsy and not well made. We always get the extended warranty on everything we buy since nothing is perfect or lasts forever. I don't mind that as I like the newest technology and energy efficiency anyway. If it ever needs service, it won't be hard to find someone to do repairs. there's at least 3 excellent local companies in our small town that can work on it. In the twenty years I've owned our home our LG appliances are the only brand we've had that have not needed repairs (our front load washer/dryer are about 7 years old). The WiFi capability and LG app is convenient and can help troubleshoot any issues if necessary. Within the app, you can change temps or turn on/off power freeze and power air filter. It works nicely with Alexa too. We just bought a new house and will definitely buy another one of these to put in it. Overall, all the LG appliances we own have been well made and problem free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still concerned about LG Refrigerators after reading about fridge failing after a year or two. So far fridge temp is good. Freezer could be done a little better with organization but it’s doing what it is supposed to do. I love the covert drawer. Regular ice is tiny and refrigerator sometimes has issues keeping ice at land for large ice users. Good thing there is craft ice to help, but craft ice production is slow. Otherwise I am satisfied so far with fridge.

It works very well, holds temperature and the door in door feature is excellent for beverages. Capacity is more than adequate for a two person family, and overall we are very pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a KitchenAid that had run its course. The refrigerator is nice and works well, cools well and the air filter is really nice. The craft ice is clear, I mean clear. But it does not produce perfect spheres; which we are ok with for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator about 6 months now and so far love it. I didn’t think I would use the door in door much but it comes in handy. The craft ice is nice but not a “must-have” it is very slow so you don’t get lots of balls from it even at the higher setting. Don’t plan a party around them! The freezer space is a bit small but ok for us as we are only a family of 3. Love the lighting and accessibility. Counterdepth is less spacious but works for us. The fourth door/drawer is good for snacks but again not a must have if you need more room in the freezer area. I would definitely recommend this.

Went to look at this refrigerator because of the knock feature i own the previous counter depth LG Refrigerator 4 door and they have cheapened the look of the ice maker control pad and it looks more bulky and they took away the easy reach condiment holders with glass sliders in the refrigerator that i use all the time for condiment packages. The shelves are much cheaper looking. They took away the cover for the shelf for the eggs and increased the price! I was not worried about a price increase until i saw the inside. Just very cheap looking inside! If your going to raise the price dont cheapen the inside look!! Why would LG do this?
