I purchase BAI coconut flavors because they are refreshing and a good source of antioxidants. Also, super low calorie and good tasting.

The mango flavor tastes awful like rotten fruit. The other flavors taste super Synthetic. I don’t recommend this coconut water.

This water is fantastic, I’m disappointed that they changed the Puna Coconut Pineapple but the other 2 flavors make up for it, almost!
