This is a really nice blend of coffee beans, trying this one from here as a change and very impressed. It ground easily and the aroma was really nice. Filtered easily with no issues and taste was as expected and mild no harshness at all. Will have this again.

Good flavor

I've been searching for light roasts for my superautomatic espresso machine. Dark roasts can clog up the grinders. While good, this is NOT a light roast. The beans have been roasted to the point of allowing the oils to escape, coating the beans and making them dangerous to use in my Miele. Maybe the bag I got was a fluke, but it points to inconsistencies in how Copper Moon roasts their beans.

As others has stated, this coffee is not a light roast. The coffee was acrid, and just didn't taste good. I also tried brewing multiple cups, with the same result. I use a Hario V60 pour over for most of my coffee. I have been a fan of Copper Moon coffee, both in k-cups and whole bean. This Guatemalan coffee I had high hopes for, but it really missed the mark with me. I really enjoyed the Copper Moon Ethiopian Whole Bean from Sam's though. Which is more of a traditional light roast in my opinion.
