Beautiful pendant, chain arrived broken 💔

Just arrived today, 9.14.26. The pendant is beautiful, but the chain arrived broken. I also discovered that the appraisal comes in digital format, and you have to scan the little gray tag it comes with. I found out when I was taking pictures of it for this review. Mixed feelings, beautiful but broken
