I ordered tires and did not hear back from them for 3 weeks. When I call they don't pickup phone at local Sam's Club and central location drops the call after they put you on hold for 20 mins. Go for installation at appointment time and they take 4 hours. Return home I get low tire pressure, go back again. This time they forgot to put back the wheel cover. Go back again. Tires are okay , service quality is zero

I wanted Continental tires.After waiting over two weeks i gave up and took a refund and now am waiting for Nixa tires. I hope they come in and get installed. I am disappointed
