I bought two Windmill air conditioners in May. They installed easily with the excellent illustrated instructions, I was pleased with their performance all summer long. So pleased, in fact, I purchased another air conditioner for my Granddaughter! Since I live in PA and it's December, the heat is on. Very pleased with my purchases. I bought the original 6BTU unit for my bedroom and the super quiet 10BTU unit for the living room. Love the remote option. It's great that you can turn them on before you get home. They are quiet and efficient! I highly recommend them. Oh, and customer service is great.

We got an 8k BTU model which we already know is too powerful for the small 9 x 13 foot room it was put in. However, by leaving the door open the A'c does a marvelous job at cooling the room, the adjacent hallway and beyond. With simplicity of operation and it's quiet delivery of cool this A'C has my highest recommended. Now... if only they made a through the wall model!
