We purchased two windmill units last year and have been very happy with them. They cool the room efficiently, are quiet, and look nice. We recently had a problem with one of the units and Windmill customer service was great. They were quick to respond and fix the problem.

The Fan is excellent; sturdy, well weighted, great air flow & a remote. ! The Air purifier is Fantastic! Their description of this item is 100% Accurate. It's Amazing!! I don’t yet wish to review the unit because I have not moved into where it was installed. However, the installation was extremely difficult. Because there is a storm window installed, a mounting solution had to be fabricated. It took a master electrician over 2 hours to do the job properly. And, that was with my help. I certainly hope that the unit justifies all the work installing it.

I am so glad I upgraded to Windmill. Nothing was wrong with my old in-window AC unit, except that it was ugly. I wanted something more stylish, and what I also found was something much quieter! I didn't realize how loud my old AC unit was until I turned on the Windmill. I had to double check to make sure it was actually on - that's how quiet it was. And the fact that it has climate control and works with an app are just cherries on the pie.

Beautiful unit, aesthetically as well as functionally! Quietly powerful! The installation was a breeze and the installation kit was thoughtful as they provide everything you need…including scissors. The support staff is very responsive and they will guide you until you are completely happy with everything. This is truly a great air conditioner and company!

This is the most beautiful, modern A/C unit I've ever owned. I was ambivalent initially, but the aesthetics and functionality of the Windmill matched with its stellar reviews won me over. I live alone in a NYC studio apartment in a four story walkup. Having an adequate, quiet air conditioner during the warmer months is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially when the humidity is unrelenting. I love how gorgeous this looks in my window and how it blends with the rest of my minimalist design. Whomever designed this product deserves props for creativity, thinking outside of the box, and delivering something to the consumer with discerning taste and needs. Yes, it is a bit more than your average A/C unit, but imagine not having to contend with additional noise, repairs or a monstrosity hanging in your window. The Windmill is a good investment. I have issues with my spine stemming from multiple surgeries and thus hired someone whom professionally installed it for me, which was an expedient process. Treat yourself to this sublime AC. You will not return to anything else.

I've been pleased thus far with my Windmill window ac unit. Installation was easy, like how the unit blends into the room, and enjoy how quiet it is during operation as well as how quickly it cools the room. Had an issue with the first unit but customer service was excellent and remedied the problem. Looking forward to continued use of this great unit.

After doing extensive research on Windmill, I am extremely happy with my purchase. All of the reviews from some of this country’s top publication rated Windmill very high. Compared to other air conditioners I have owned, Windmill is by far the best in relationship to noise level and ac output. I am very happy and fortunate I came across Windmill during my extensive research on window air conditioners.

I am thoroughly impressed with this air conditioner. I sleep near it and it's the quietest I have found to date. Customer service is great and Maggie was very helpful with replacing a noisy machine. The 6k keeps my smaller room evenly cooled and the top vent is great as it no longer blows on me when I am sleeping. 5+

Shipping was fast (and getting your AC shipped in NYC is near crucial) and installation was super clear and easy. Loved the touch of including scissors to cut the insulation foam. Also seems crazy that no other AC thought to make the metal grate on the outside have round holes instead of tiny horizontal slits that 100% have cut my hands in the past. But best of all the unit looks as cute as a window AC can and I like that the air flow isn’t super directed in one direction but more diffuse.
