Honestly, it is just ok. The color is nice (raw titanium), but it looks massive and awkward on my finger and based on the sizing kit, there was only one finger I could fit it on which isn't ideal (right pointer).
The app is ok, almost TMI to really understand it all. The battery doesn't last very long -4 days, and it takes a while to charge so if you're into the data you are losing data.
For the price, to me it wasn't worth it. Returning.

Using the Ring for over 2 months now. Smooth experience and carries charge for over 4 days.

Good ring to keep health in check

Do not buy this ring. Died right outside of the new 90 day return window and all they can say is "sorry"! These are clearly defective rings and too expesive to just be out. Don't do it! It didn't have a 90 day retrun policy when we purchased it. It was added after the fact. grrr
