My experience has been great so far, I have loved all the features the ring has to offer. However, recently the ring has not stayed connected and will not collect sleep data because of this. I did purchase the warranty, so I am hoping this process is smooth and the issue can be resolved quickly. I’ve really enjoyed my ring so far, so I am eager to have it replaced or back to working condition.

Since getting the ring, I've made it a habit to check my sleep index every morning and my movement index at the end of the day. It's amazing how it's helped me stay on top of my health and fitness. The data is presented in a clear manner and gives some assistance on improvement when necessary. My only negative is the battery. Initially, the battery was lasting a out 5 days between charges. Recently, it has been an every other day requirement. This isn't a major problem and become just another routine activity to plan in my day/evening.

Unfortunately, the HRV metrics are not available first thing in the morning. The insights I am getting are not really new to me, as I have a Garmin Fenix with a lot of similar features. Activity detection (without the phone) is not great - a lot of my workouts are not being picked up, despite my HR rising significantly / movement is involved. Maybe should've gotten a whoop instead. Ring looks quite nice, but scratched fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring approx. 2 months ago. Pros: I really like the design, it's pretty nice and comfy. The user interface is good enough, I can find everything I want easily. The extensions aka. powerplugs are great additions, not to mention most of them are free of charge. My favorite is the circadian rythm tracker, and the smart alarm is also very useful. Built-in breathworks are nice, also free. Exercise tracking is I think as good as you can expect from a ring, plus there are lots of built-in training types. Sleep metrics I cannot compare with other devices or measurements, so I have to rely on what I see in the app, but I feel like they are rather accurate, at least the quantities for sure. Cons: I really wanted to like this ring and I am liking it, but I have to be honest: sadly I'm currently waiting on my third replacement ring. The first stopped charging after a few weeks, the second had a similar problem, but then after a day of trying it did charge up, but then the sleep metrics were gone. The latter was probably a software issue since the metrics during a breathwork session worked, and the sensor diagnosis stated that everything is fine. Regardless of what the actual problem was, it couldn't be used like that. Both lasted for a month, roughly. I only can hope that I will be luckier with the third. If it is really just about luck..

I was considering between 2 rings but decided to buy the Ultrahuman Ring AIR and it has been amazing. Helped me a lot with sleep - which I was not aware of since I am not comfortable with wearing my Apple Watch while sleeping. I hope this ring would last for a long time. Thank you Ultrahuman Team!
