I appreciate the caffeine windows, the recovery score, sleep window and the list goes on. I do notice the battery drains pretty quickly but I do charge it everyday when I shower/do my night routine so it def helps keep it alive. I’m also excited that they added a new parent feature.

I definitely changed my behavioural patterns for the better, and I like the sleek jewelry look that I can (and do) wear with any outfit. Unfortunately I’ve had quite some battery issues after a few months, but these are being taken care of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultrahuman Ring AIR is an excellent product that helps me track all my physical activities, and monitor my heartrate, HRV. I have been using it for last 6 months and with the increase in my cardio, the correlation i see in dropped heartrate is amazing. The caffeine window and circadian rhythm are such a great add on. The sleep scores are so accurate and i can always see how that score correlates to my mood and energy for the entire day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Ultrahuman for a while now, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the product. The sleep tracking is detailed and accurate, the step count is reliable, and the heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) metrics are consistently well-presented. The app interface is smooth and insightful, making it easy to monitor and improve daily wellness habits. The only area where I see room for improvement is automatic activity detection. While common movements like walking are well tracked, activities such as swimming, intense yoga, and jogging often go undetected, and I have to manually log them. It would be great to see the ring better recognize a wider range of workouts on its own. That said, this is a minor issue compared to the overall value the platform offers. Looking forward to future updates that make an already excellent product even better!

So far I am enjoying my ring, I find the sleep data the most inciteful but also really enjoy the caffeine suggestions. The battery life is not as good as I expected, some days it is worse than others. There is an option to preserve battery with a certain setting but it does limit some of the data collected so I haven't played around with that yet. I am interested to see how well it tracks my cycle as I plan to come off of Birth Control in the coming months.

It is far more accurate than my Apple Watch at tracking sleep and I find it helpful that it suggests possible causes for sleep issues. Some wear issues from normal use that I would have hoped for better given the cost.

My experience has been great so far, I have loved all the features the ring has to offer. However, recently the ring has not stayed connected and will not collect sleep data because of this. I did purchase the warranty, so I am hoping this process is smooth and the issue can be resolved quickly. I’ve really enjoyed my ring so far, so I am eager to have it replaced or back to working condition.

On one hand I haven’t experienced any problems with battery, pairing or any quality issues. On the other hand the data received from the UltraHuman is way different than from my Apple Watch or Whoop. Also, Czech translation is utter garbage. It seems it was made through Google Translate so it sometimes completely misses the point or even means something different. But they can still fix everything and they are trying.

U have difficulty with: - the way results presented in the app. it is somehow complicated. The font size in the app is small and require reading glasses
