This ring is exactly that, it’s really comfortable to sleep in, super durable, and measures so many things sometimes it’s even a bit overwhelming. Additionally the app and the ring get updated regularly and in the short time I’ve had it they’ve added a bunch of new features. Really excited to see how the ring keeps evolving :)

The information provided is actionable, which is something not found with wearables I've tried in the past. It's helping me build better eating and sleeping habits and I strive to get 90s when I can. The ultra human age is something I've been working to improve and also a feature I haven't seen on my wife's Oura ring. It's been great to see my brain age get younger with better sleep habits. The additional features such as breath work have been fun to use when I do my red light/IR therapy sessions. It's become my constant companion and I have only ever taken it off for charging (the battery life is outstanding). The alarm clock that syncs with my sleep cycles is also a neat feature. Overall, very happy with my purchase. At first thought I was making a mistake of owning both an Apple Watch and the ring, but they each have their uses!

After a lot of research I settled on the AIR ring because there is no monthly subscription. I love all of the insight this piece of technology gives me! Sleep, heartrate, and cycle tracking! It has even predicted when im getting sick. The only reason this is not a five star review is because the battery life is not what is advertised. If you want it to last longer than a few days you have to sacrifice tracking.
