I usually never charge it so that it’s 100% and don’t let it run out of battery (before this). I use the chill mode and haven’t used any workout modes etc so I guess the rumors regarding the battery life were unfortunately true. It was good two months!

I bought this ring in March of 2024 and it is now Aug of 2024 and I absolutely love my ring. I got it because I enjoy tracking my sleep and exercise but I can not sleep in my watch. The ring has been a great option I wear it all the time except to charge in the shower and I haven't had any issues. BUY THE RING!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this so so much. The insights are incredible and eye opening. I love being able to track my monthly cycle and most times it's on 9/10 times! I love being able to correlate my sleep tracking with caffeine intake. I wish the battery lasted a little longer though but wow, this ring is incredible. Not having to pay for the app to get the basic features is already a one up.

The tracking is interesting and a lot more accurate than my apple watch of Fitbit ever was. I love that I am getting more in tune with how my body reacts to certain things like sleep deprivation, eating later meals and proper recovery from stress, stimulants, working out and lack of sleep.

I have been able to see how certain behaviors, like late meals, stress, or room temperature affect my sleep. The ring is also very comfortable. I hardly feel it on. The battery life is very good. I charge it about once a week. I bought the silver color. Been wearing it for about a month and don’t have any scratches on it. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their health. The key is to stay disciplined and consistent with insights and tips.

I really appreciate the sleep tracker because I started paying much more attention to my sleep volume and realised that I don't sleep enough. With increased sleep volume my life improved significantly - my mood, my short-term memory and also most of other aspects that I didn't consider that important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 months ago and it was a different experience compared to smart watch. you can still monitor your health and wear your favorite watch (not smart watch). Sleep tracking is also accurate and giving helpful insights. Sleep score was awesome and it pushed me to reach my goal. Sun exposure was also helpful and it gave me a reason to go out during the day.

I have been using this and comparing with readings from my apple watch. They don't always agree and I can't be certain which is more accurate. I have found that the Ultra Age and the Cardio Age fluctuate quite a bit and are never really in agreement with each other. I do like using the ring to track heart rate during workouts. But, other than that, I haven't been able to use it for much else.
