To be honest it came defective and I had a hard time having it replaced.. it took almost two months to have it replaced. That being said it seems to work well. There is a lot of information tracked so it is difficult to know how accurate it really is. The sleep tracking and temperature tracking work well.

It’s very interesting to see the difference in monitoring between the two. The amount of data that the ring gathers is amazing and I am excited to see new features coming in the future. As someone who is not use to wearing rings, it was an adjustment getting use to having it on my index finger. Like anything you get use to it after a while. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tons of insight. I’ve not had anything else that gives this much of a deep dive into vitals and it’s been a blast getting to learn through it all.

For me the convenience of not having to recharge it everyday & the ability to wear it all the time is incredible. I used to use a smart watch but the hassle of charging it every night made me forget to put it back on so switching over to the ring is major help. Contrary to popular belief, I have not noticed much, if any, scratches on my ring (which is saying a lot as a wheelchair user). The user-face is very easy to understand & learn which also makes this ring a great buy for all ages. It’s drastically helped me improve my sleep & overall health by giving me great insights. I love my ring!!

Every data gets collected and it also feels like it tracks everything precisely just how my body functions.One battery charge gets me 4 whole days in turbo mode. The only complain that I have is the ring gets hot when charging. And sometime the text in the app doesn't get translated to German.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and was the best choice I made going with Ultrahuman, the insights into my sleep and how what I do during the day affects my sleep and my life into coming days has been outstanding. I will not go without it now. It’s extremely light and I don’t notice I’m wearing it, ever! I work with my hands and it’s important to me for it to be comfortable. The battery is exceptional, they say it’ll last 4-6 days at continuous use but I almost always get 6-7 days and it charges fully from 30% in about an hour. I recommend this to everyone in my life now. Hope this helps anyone on the fence if it’s worth it. IT IS!
