[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Ring AIR about five months ago, mainly because of the no-subscription business model, and the other reason was for sleep tracking. It has been amazing to see trends over time, and the ability to easily access all the data as a csv file has been really helpful. Only a few days ago I decided to improve my sleep with supplements, and after four days of taking two of them (magnesium glycinate and L-theonine) I've seen measurable improvement. Having data regarding sleep stages, sleep time and other metrics like HRV and temperature drop has been super-helpful. I wear the ring all the time, and am happy to start tracking my workouts now as well. Highly recommended!

I’ve had several wearables over the year, and I feel like this one provides the most amount of information. I’ve had a few little glitchy issues, but they were quickly resolved. I’d definitely purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the statistics if she provides however I had a bunch of problems with the first one and I had to have it warranted. So far, the new one is working properly. I hope it lasts longer than the first one.

I bought my Ultra Human ring in April, and while I love all the insights and the look of it. I have two issues with is, the first is how easily it scratches. I always wear a silicone cover over it while lifting weights but even during everyday it gets more scratched each day. And second is the battery life, its advertised to last for 4-6 days but really it only lasts for 3 days. I have tried chill mode but still the advertisement does not align with its battery capabilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring itself is good and looks nice. The issue with the product is the partnered App, as it is very unstable. There are times when it syncs well, there are times that it wont and requires constant restart. I wish they can embed auto sync.

It’s also really fun to look at the insight for my sleep and be able tot reflect how certain habits impact my sleep more than I thought. I’m pleasantly surprised at how accurate the ring is at tracking my time of the month, especially as it’s all over the place.
