I have had to switch from smart watches due to skin rash, loving the lightness of it and no skin issues! One downside is the loading time, for example steps they're not reflecting live on the app. Another thing I wish for if it's less bulky, and has nicer finishes.

Since then, I’ve worn it continuously while taking great care to avoid exposure to harsh products, including removing it for showers and workouts. Despite this, I’m surprised by how much the gold color has faded and the usage is seen - with 8 months of usage it’s more than I expected. That said, I really love the product overall and appreciate the valuable insights it provides, along with the regular updates and new features.

The only thing that I have an issue with is sometimes when I have an activity running, for example I’m out running. I loved my apple watch but I always had issues wearing a watch, it was just to uncomfortable but then I found the Ring Air I thought let's give this a try and I am literally amazed by it everyday. The app lays down all the information in a easy to read way and it nudges just at the right times. I've been following its recommendations and it has significantly improved my sleep.
