[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really liked my ultra human ring! Now that chill mode is a thing I feel like my battery usually lasts four days Which is great! I really appreciate the sleep and period tracking insights. It definitely makes me feel more in tune with my body, which was the whole reason I wanted this ring to begin with! I do wish that the ring came with the specific charging block voltage that they recommend using. It really is imperative for charging that you use a low-voltage charger, which are kind of hard to find so I wish that they would include them. I feel like that would solve a lot of people's problems with their ringing battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring about 4 months ago and overall I am quite happy. The insights I got so far helped me to improve my life. The only thing the ring isn't that good at is for fitness plans and how to interpret them. For example if have a running plan you normally improve your mileage over three weeks and then have a deload week with less mileage. But the Ring just tells you that your steps decrease and shows it as negative. So for daily life it's super for fitness interprets you need additional gadgets.

It takes a significant amount of time to charge, then the battery drains very quickly. In addition, it has just not worked all day today and is prompting me to complete a factory reset, losing all my data. The dashboard is not showing anything or collecting any info. It often disconnects while I workout and will not let me end my workout session. At first the sleep features with the caffeine windows performed amazing and were game changers.

It tracks my sleep amazingly and consistently and I am able to see where I can improve to be a better human. There was one time where I had a fever and it caught it early on with its temperature tracking. The menstrual tracking is also amazing and I love just being able to glance at it to see where I’m at in the month. Safe to say I’m obsessed and I even convinced my husband to get one!

I also really like the sleep tracking. It helps me identify things that hinder my sleep. Overall the ring helps me understand my body better so that I can treat it better.

I had problems with two rings in a row, but got replacement and good support. The third ring now works great.

On top of that I really like the app and the insight it provides on top of sleep tracking, If your on the fence about purchasing I would go ahead and do it
