For a sleep/wellness tracker I couldn’t ask for more. The only thing that sometimes bother me is constant changes to the app. Otherwise very well done and highly recommended if you want to know exactly what’s going on with your sleep and heart.

The first ring lost charge within 1/2 a day. The replacement ring has functioned alright. The data acquired seems reasonable, but changing to accommodate the suggestions, less so! Life changes day-by-day and hour-by-hour...It is not always easy to be in the green all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love how this ring looks. Hadn’t tarnished or changed color. Sleep tracking, stress, and period tracking is very accurate but I really wish the step count was more accurate. I believe it’s off about 20000 steps a day.

The notifications are amazing and I've made so many changes over the last couple of months to positively impact my health and my sleep. Seeing the data in real-time is SO encouraging! Especially with sleep-being able to see how certain supplements or eating after dinner impact my sleep is so empowering.

I love everything this ring has to offer, from the menstrual cycle tracking to the sleep analysis, the dynamic recovery to the movement stats. It has made me look at my life differently and prioritize my health in ways I didn't even know I needed to! I use my ring religiously and everyone I talk to about it is like "wow, I should get one of those!". The complete insight it provides into sleep details has been incredibly helpful and has allowed me to improve my sleep quality. The app interface is also very user-friendly, and all the data and details it provides are extremely helpful. While I am very satisfied with the core functionality, I have a few suggestions that I believe would make the experience even better. I would love to see a more proper step count feature, as well as the addition of GPS data to accurately record the location of my activities. An NFC function would also be a great addition.

The pulse feels sometimes to high and a miss more detailed data of my running workouts. I don’t find any running apps that I can connect the ring with which would be great.
