Very disappointed. Stopped working afteer25 months. Experienced lost of frozen and perishable food. lg customer service of little help

Had this for three years, and it has been great. Go quality. We like the space and the ease of use. The compressor died without warning recently, but LG covered the replacement. They just don't build them like they used too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our LG fridge/freezer, but within 3 years the compressor and mother board went out. Fortunately it was still under Warranty and all new parts and labor were were replaced free of charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator, but had the freezer door installed incorrectly. It was missing a screw and caused a large gouge on the door. The top door continues to make noise when closing.

Haven't had it a month, but I can always update the review later. Had a LG 25 cu.ft. before this one, but it looks like I get more room in this new frig.
