Loving these ACs so far! From the sleek look to easy installation, running efficiency to ease of the App, two weeks in and very pleased thus far. We especially like the upward facing airflow.

My experience was great, except for one thing. My original unit was 8300 BTUs. The replacement is 6000 BTUS. I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of a return. So I just made do with the 6000.

I need to return my air conditioner. It will not fit in any of my windows. I was stupid and did not measure. It is still in the box. It was not opened. How can I return it. I am so sorry and feel so stupid.

By far this was the easiest window AC installation ever. We had it unpacked and in the window in no time. Love the app and being able to start it before we are home.

AC is great and very quiet. Cools the room easily and the App is useful. Only complaint is that it came with screws of different lengths which made it harder to install. Also on some windows with thick bottom bars there are some gaps

We had an issue with our windmill unit so emailed customer service. Their response time was impressive. They addressed our needs with clear instructions all the while friendly and professional. We love the sleek look of the unit, too!

Bought the smallest Windmill unit to fit into our small windows, fit like a glove in the minimum size requirements, fills the room with quiet cold. My wife now wants to replace all our AC units with Windmills.

Overall, I like it but it’s not as quiet as I expected. Also, I’ve noticed that it tends to shut off at odd times on eco when the temp hasn’t been reached.
