Incredibly easy to install, love the remote features with the app, and was a fantastic solution to my needs in my NYC apartment! Would highly recommend.

So quiet that I keep checking to make sure it's actually on! Easiest install EVER and it covers all the way to the window frame, which is amazing. Why did it take so long for someone to figure out how to perfect a window air conditioner?!

This is a fine machine. Pleasing to look at and efficient, quiet, and also dries out the summer dose of humidity. Appreciate being able to manage from afar when away.

I Bought the 8000BTU wisperquiet model. It is NOT wisperquiet as it has a vibration in it. Secondly, it does not turn off in ECO mode when the set temperature is reached.

Customer service is great. I had received a defective A/C and it was replaced with one that works perfectly. If I find I need another, I will choose Windmill.

Overall: eh. It looks nice but at the end of the day it’s an overpriced AC. I was hoping/expecting it to be quieter than it is. Probably would not recommend, there are cheaper options out there

New windmill ACs do not disappoint! They are quiet and cool quickly! I now have 4 in my home and it keeps the house cool without being loud! Alan love the automations which I schedule from the app!

Works like a charm! I used it in my infant daughter and toddler’s room and it is so quiet that the hardly noticed. I have recommended it to everyone in my family!

Outstanding service. Note this is a tech based company its all by email. However they respond within 2-24 Hours always. And replaced my system which had been damaged, apparently, by the shipping company.
