Windmill gets a lot right with their window AC units. WiFi connectivity, sleek design, works as advertised, and is easy to set up. It's not whisper quiet, but it's certainly quieter than the unit I replaced, and Windmill does not advertise quietness as a feature. The marketing makes the unit look futuristic, but it sounds and runs like a pretty typical window AC unit. The app has nice features, but I would like to see some of those features cross over into Google Home more than just on/off function. Overall, I'm pleased with the aesthetics, more efficient build, and ease of use. It's certainly an awesome start for a new company. I've already bought 2 Windmill units (one Medium, one Small) and look forward to future innovations. This is certainly a nicer window AC unit than most of the competition in a similar price range, and would recommend this brand to almost anyone.

Easier to install than other brands despite the instructions saying it would take 45 minutes. My wife does not like light in the room at night and this air conditioner is perfect as their is very little light. The windmill air conditioner is quiet and that helps when trying to go to sleep. Best air conditioner we have ever purchased.

Windmill does not disappoint in anyway. I had an issue with my first unit, I was quickly able to contact customer service and receive the appropriate help. The unit not only looks great but it also cools down my room in a matter of minutes. 10/10 recommend.

I had a hard time deciding on what AC to replace my recently purchased noisy Haeir. I ran into a friend and she suggested Windmill. I had been looking at all the AC’s online. I took the leap for the Windmill whisper tech. I couldn’t be happier. So so quiet. It also cools two of the rooms 300 Sq feet in my small condo. The suggestion to use Taskrabbit made the process even easier. Setup, disposal of my old new AC and helped set it up with my phone. I can’t say anything bad about this AC. Worth the dollars.

It looks good, and cools well. We also have three of the smaller size units in bedrooms; those have all been great. But the large one is SO LOUD and rattles constantly. I sprung for the more expensive “whisper quiet” model. Definitely not quiet at all, and definitely not worth the money.

My husband and I received our new Windmill AC, and installed it pretty easily, which took about 35 minutes. We just turned it on today for the first time, and it's terrific! No complaints. In fact, we now plan to buy another one for another room... The only thing I didn't see in the instructions is how to change the filter, but perhaps it's self-intuitive.

The Ac is quieter than anything else that I have owned. The installation is as time consuming as any other window AC. The side brackets are ok but can only be used once as you have to cut them with the scissors to make them fit re-installing them would not work.

The Windmill team was amazing to work with. I received my AC and noticed it was making a buzzing noise. After some troubleshooting with the Windmill team, they offered to send me a new one to ensure I was fully satisfied. All interactions were extremely attentive and helpful. The window unit now works nicely as well!

We love it! We needed a quieter ac for our baby, and Windmill did the job. Installation was pretty easy! I like the app. I can turn it on and off when away, and monitor the temperature of the room. One thing I’m having trouble with is that I use celsius, and when I convert my profile to it there’s a glitch that won’t let me change the temperature. Also the Alexa skill doesn’t work for me, haven’t been able to login.

Got a unit that was noisier than advertised, likely a shaky compressor. Messaged Windmill customer service. It was the greatest customer service experience I have ever had! Every response was within minutes. Within a day they had shipped me new unit. It works great, quite quiet. A+
