This AC is really amazing. It was easy to install, we love that it has a remote remote and we can also turn it on from our phones. It looks so good in our window and really cools the room down. Just awesome.

Easy to install. Although an exact knife would be a better inclusion than scissors for the side covers. Quiet, easy to operate and does a great job cooling even on eco. Five stars from me!

Very easy to install and user friendly. I knocked off a star only because it vibrates a bit in the window but that may be the window itself. Put a few shims in and its much better.

Quick delivery. Heavy, needs two people to carry up stairs and to install BUT instructions were so clear and easy to follow. Looks great in the room. Most importantly, it cools!!Definitely recommend and would buy again.

Bought this after my Midea was recalled and the I returned the Midea I bought to place the recall. I love the design -it doesn’t blow right on me, it is easy to install and looks great. It is also VERY quiet.
