It is a good ac but my camper is only 28ft long it doesn't cool like l though it would l probably should have gotten 10000btu

Set up was very quick and easy. Much easier using two person to lift into window. Directions were very clear. Air is blowing strong and cold.

Can't get a human being to help. Ordered directly from the company site. Told the chat bot the correct dimensions. It insisted the units we purchased would fit but the instructions say otherwise. Don't know how I will be able to return such large items. I have Multiple Sclerosis and need proper cooling to function. I am physically challenged. This experience is becoming a nightmare.
