I saw this AC on a news site, and thought it sounded like a great little machine. Now that I have one in my window I can report the Windmill is quiet, easy to control, and keeps my rooms nice and cool. No more roaring when the compressor kicks in. I love it!

We got this for our bedroom earlier this year because the one in our living room wasn't powerful enough to cool our room down the hall. This cooled our room so quickly, and it was much quieter than the one our apartment provided. I love that you can use the app to set it to turn on and off at specific times so we wouldn't need to worry about our cats being too warm during the day.

We have a Windmill AC we purchased this past summer. We live in an early 1800s farmhouse and needed something that could keep up with the heat and not drown out the space in compressor noise. The Windmill AC is exactly that. We put it in our dining room and no one knew it was running. It is so quiet and for being in our old style home with little insulation it runs efficiently and effectively. We're slowing understanding the environment of our old house and we may get another for our main bedroom. Right now we're using a few mobile AC units (along with the Windmill AC). The Windmill was a welcomed addition to our cooling needs.

I did a lot of research before buying a window AC. Originally, I wanted one of the U-shaped window ACs that have been popular in recent years. When they all started being recalled over mold issues last spring, I decided to go with Windmill instead because of the inverter technology. I'm so glad I did. I have the Whispertech 8k BTU and it keeps our queen size bedroom freezing cold in the summer. It's so quiet, and it was very easy to install. I like how sleek it looks. I got a second one for our guest bedroom and in the summer when both are on and the doors are open, our entire 1200sqft apartment stays really comfortable. Electric bills were entirely reasonable and I can't say I noticed any difference from having them. 10/10.

We purchased two Windmill AC - 8K BTU WhispeTech air conditioners and love them! As a senior, the customer service team was helpful and kind in answering my questions about installation and care. The units not only look great but also are designed to be able to stay in my windows over my Vermont winter seasons eliminating the need to find others to help me remove and then reinstall the units each season.When my other older units need replacing, I intend to purchase more Windmill units!

I bought two Windmill air conditioners in May. They installed easily with the excellent illustrated instructions, I was pleased with their performance all summer long. So pleased, in fact, I purchased another air conditioner for my Granddaughter! Since I live in PA and it's December, the heat is on. Very pleased with my purchases. These units treated us very well this past summer! We loved our first one so much, we got another. We'd love to eventually have central air in our row home, but in the meantime, having reliable units that are aesthetically-pleasing is a plus. And being able to monitor and control them from our phones is SO helpful, especially when our dogs are home alone.

We bought two of the 12k btu units when our mini-split died and was going to cost 9-10k to replace. I was skeptical at first because the reason I went with the splits in the first place was I could not stand the sound from window units....especially since the window it would in was right next to me when I watch TV. I was pleasantly surprised that these units are better than 50% quieter than other units I had before the splits. I was very nervous going back because the splits were virtually silent but these units were great! The space we are cooling is a very large open area which contains the living room, dining room and kitchen with a ceiling that is 13 feet at the peak and these handled it like a champ!! We like our house very cool (much to the dismay of friends) but these kept up no problem and we did not see any difference in the electric bill! Highly recommend these units and the customer service was top notch!
