It’s a perfect balance between soft and squishy and firm. Great for couples that have different mattress preferences. Providing the softness I love, with the firmness my fiancé prefers.

The Serta Perfect Sleeper Ocean Luxe Firm Pillow Top mattress is very comfy and feels firm but not too much so. The pillow top adds that nice layer of soft pillowy comfort while the mattress provides for a firm and enjoyable sleep that is great for one’s back. After a few nights sleep on the new bed, my daughter says this mattress is amazing! Will definitely highly consider Serta for my next mattress purchase. Note. The “cooling” effect is very minimal while also providing an added feel of comfort and ease.

I have had the most restful sleep in a long time, since owning this mattress (for about a month as I type this). This mattress is firm, supportive and contouring in all the right places. My husband concurs, as his lower back pain and shoulder pain (which has kept him awake with our previous mattress) have been completely alleviated with our new mattress. I highly recommend!

It stays cool throughout the night. The height is awesome. I love it. I appreciate influencer this one to the max. The gel top is nice it’s seriously not too soft is definitely firm but as time goes on I know it’s gonna get you know broken down. It’s not ridiculously hard though. It honestly feels nice.

Was worried it might have been to firm. However, after a few nights sleep we changed our mind. I have been sleeping so soundly it’s fantastic. In comparison to our old one this Serta one is wayyy better better quality. Seems to be impeccably made. I would absolutely purchase another. Thank you Influencer for the opportunity to try it!

I suffered from back pain constantly due to my work, that and the fact that I did not use the right mattress increased my back and neck problems, when I started sleeping on the serta mattress my back problems improved a lot, it is firm but not too firm and With the pillowtop it feels soft to the touch, its design is elegant and the height is appropriate for a person of average height, as it makes it much easier to get into bed and have a proper night's rest. We are in love with this mattress, I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first slept on this mattress, I was unsure with how I felt about it because my previous mattress was a little softer. That being said, I now love this mattress as it feels very supportive and comfortable. It’s definitely not the one for you if you prefer a softer mattress though. This mattress is also a pillow-top, which means that you can’t flip it upside down to prevent early wear. It can only be flipped front-to-back. It also makes it a couple of inches taller than a typical mattress. However, I’m a fan and would recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a nice firm mattress.

We had 6 plus good years with it but it was starting to hurt my back. My fiance is thin whereas I am plus sized so the weight distribution was not the best for it. My side was starting to sink some since more weight was on its side. They are heavy mattresses so rotating them is not an easy task. With the pillow top, flipping it over is not really an option. The first night on our new mattress, I felt an instant change. I didn’t wake up sore, tossed and turned a lot less and felt refreshed. We replaced my daughter’s mattress with this ocean luxe firm pillow top and are so happy! She sleeps right through the night and thinks it’s so comfy. I’ve even slept in there and agree. Her old mattress used to make my joints hurt both this is a great combo of firm yet soft.
