[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this serta firm tight top mattress and I'm glad I did! I was having trouble sleeping with my previous mattress as it was firm but not firm enough, this one did the trick! Love how firm it is!

This mattress is very firm. There is plush, medium and firm. The label said it is a little under medium on the original sealed plastic wrap. I wonder if it was Miss marked? In time, I hope I can get used to it. It's nice and thick and a good quality. Except for the handles on the sides. One of them almost ripped off at the bottom, when I pulled to help lift it. I am 63 years old and I didn't even pull that hard.

Pillow top is cushiony and design looks really nice, but the CoolFeel fabric cover is only cool to touch, didn't feel like it helped myself or husband stay cool throughout the night. We tried a couple nights without any sheets and now we use a fitted sheet, still no difference. Pillow top has the cushion, yet it is still a bit firm, both of us appreciated that.

So I got the medium firmness for the mattress and my initial impression was that it’s on the more firm side of things. I’ve come to think it’s actually a really comfortable medium mattress. I feel like the pillow top makes for a nice cushion and then the firmness actually just feels supportive. I have always struggled to find a medium mattress that still supports my body. This mattress fits the bill and I’m extremely happy with it. If you want a comfortable medium firm mattress that is supportive, check this mattress out. It will break in a little more but overall stays supportive and comfortable.

The quality of my sleep has become so much better. I don’t get the aches and pains in my hips or neck that I had gotten in the past few years daily. This is my honest review after a week of sleeping on the new mattress. First off, the delivery of the mattress was very efficient they informed by text message on available delivery slots and ETA. They arrived on time and quickly set up the new mattress in place and also hauled the old one out. Couldn’t be happier with their service! Secondly, the mattered itself ! Wow ! Solid and well made with a nice amount of cushion on top. Tried foam mattresses and they didn’t hold up. I like the inner springs because they feel more substantial and supportive yet the mattress still has the squish and give of memory foam when you lie down. Hopefully this one doesn’t end up with a pit in the middle!
