bottles are leaking, what has happened?

I have bought Crystal Geyser for years. Now the plastic bottles are thinner and some are leaking while still in the case. the last case out of the 40, 6 bottles had breaks, usually near the top. They make a mess and could be contaminated since they have this opening! Is Crystal Geyser aware of this? Are they addressing this issue??? (I still think highly of Crystal Geyser, the 3 star rating is only because of this problem)
