Why pay 120 ayear for Spotify when I can pay 96? I have the individual plan and buying and using this was sooooo easy. I love Spotify and I will buy this everytime my year rolls around.. If you have a family plan or a studnt plan, this will not work for you

Redeemed the $96.98 in Aug 2021, hoping to use it for family plan for the year, but it only covered 8 months thru Mar 2022 and they started charging me for $15.99 per month starting April 2022. So, you are saving $3.87 for those 8 months ($12.12). But is it worth getting another gift card?

The $99 gift card for 12 months is the best deal out there for personal non-student accounts. Sam's did have this deal for $84 in November 2019, however, I haven't seen one since. I have purchased the $99 gift card for two years now to extend my Spotify subscription and have not had an issue redeeming on the Spotify website.

Make sure you are not on a premium family plan or student plan before purchasing this! Was a headache to get the code to go through!

Now that Spotify added their standard individual plan that adds the audio books you cannot redeem gift cards on your basic plan. Just a heads up

I had read bad things about getting a Spotify gift card code emailed to you so I decided to head into my local Walmart and get a physical card thinking I would have better luck that way. Well no, the gift card will not work and what is worse than that is the fact that Walmart can't do anything about it and Spotify has absolutely no customer service to speak of. For the past 3 months I have been trying to get this situation with the gift card resolved with no luck. My suggestion is to never buy a Spotify gift card online or in the store.
