Great Scrapple! Can't beat the price. I open one 2lb pkg fry half and freeze the rest for future use. It usually has an excellent expiration so the the second 2lb pkg will be good for two months or so.

To my taste, Rapa is just okay. Not bad but there are better brands of Philadelphia scrapple out there. Rapa is half the price though so I buy it anyways.

The texture was really crumbly and dry. Not sure what the problem was but the texture was different.
