Beautiful and comfortable patio set! After looking at lots of patio furniture, I opted for this set just based on the photos here. And it did not disappoint. Very solid and easy to set up. Delivery was excellent, two days sooner than expected. The only tough part was breaking down the shipping boxes to go out with the trash/recycle.

Exactly what we were hoping for. We already have the matching dining set and this matches perfectly. Large chairs and couch with big, deep, comfy cushions as well as a quality coffee table. We love it!

Excellent purchase. One spot was bent a little out of shape, but the cushion covers it perfectly. This is a VERY STURDY set, not like those sectionals you see everywhere. This is built to last.

I received this set today, and I would probably give the sofa and chairs 5 stars, but unfortunately I have to give an overall 3 stars for three reasons. 1. The shipping/delivery was a nightmare! Don't trust the tracking information you see online, it means nothing. I had to make 8 calls and was given numerous different answers. I know Sam's uses a third party for this, but surely they have enough money to find a more reliable service. Ridiculous. 2. The coffee table screws do not line up, one hole is stripped so the screw won't tighten, and the bottom tray does not secure well. I finally got it put together but it is very unstable and wobbly. I went online to Sam's chat support, but I was told I would have to contact Members Mark support M-F 8-5. I would think Sam's customer support should be able to help since Members Mark is THEIR brand. 3. The boxes the furniture arrived in look like they had been to world war 3 and back and were torn up and looked like they were taped up by a 5 year old. I was very concerned that the pieces may be damaged, but luckily they were not. I have no idea why the boxes were in such bad shape.

This set was delivered quickly and the set itself is good quality which surprised me. Everything fit together great with no problems, and the best part of the set was not having 50 million parts to attach. I ordered both the couch and chairs with the table and chairs. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful high end well made set It is BIG! A lot of volume here I will not new a new set for the rest of my life … that's how well made this is The cushions are on the firm side but they will soften up, the cushion colors are a greige color The frame is also greige (combination between grey/beige) The table is huge and beautiful It is big chunky and deluxe outdoor set and really is beautifully made Nothing to put together except the table and the plastic feet on the chairs It was delivered professionally by very nice men and put in my garage
