It's got a good flavor.. they're easy to chew and don't stick to my teeth like other gummies do! It's an easy way to get the supplement you need if you have issues with taking capsules... easy peasy!

I bought this product yesterday thought that I would try them. Big mistake. They are about the nastiest tasting product that I have ever tried. I would not recommend these to anyone. when you open the jar, they were all stuck together in one big clump so you had to dig to get two of them out.

The taste is OK, but the smell is a bit strong and not quite inline with the taste. I will keep taking them and see what comes of additional time.

I got this as a sample at sams... best idea. My 7 pills were the best. Has helped me sleep better and I feel so well rested, I feel focused and energized when I get to work everyday.
