Its listed as being strawberry but tastes a little medicine like and smells like cough syrup. But I liked them. They are basically b vitamins(only b12 and b6 and folate) and i already take those. If gummies are easier to take, this may work for you. I think there may be better options with more vitamins.

I feel like some vitamins work better for some people than others. I've been taking Neuriva for about a week now. They are very easy to take because they are gummies and I do enjoy the strawberry flavor. Can I absolutely say that I am more focused, more concentrated each day, and reason better? I can't say for sure. I honestly can't because I don't feel very different from what I feel like when I'm not taking these gummies. But this is just my experience, I don't know how someone else would feel after taking these.

I like that this product has Vitamins B6 and B12 as well as folic acid, all things that are good for you! Also the coffee cherry is supposed to be a great antioxidant, so there are lots of benefits in these gummies. I have been taking these for about two weeks, so I can't say I see a definite change in my focus or memory, but I will keep using them and see what happens.

I don't feel any better or worse, so perhaps I'll give them a little more time to see if I feel any improvements in my memory. I do think the vitamin B is good for me, but I feel that at this price point, I should be getting more of a benefit than just a vitamin B supplement.

I took this as directed at bedtime. It kept me up most of the night! Tried it a few days later, but on a weekend morning. The effect on me was that I became very jittery, I ground my teeth, and felt like I'd taken a potent diet pill. It took most of the day to wear off. I'm a coffee drinker, and coffee doesn't do that to me. This product is absolutely not for me! The only thing positive that I can say for this item was that Sam's has a good price on this, compared to other sources.
