Great Serta mattress

I feel that this is way too soft to be considered a medium firm mattress.   I have back issues and this should not have the word firm in it to any degree.  Very giving at the entire edge too.  For the price, its not a bad mattress, just dont expect a firm, medium firm or any degree of firm support if you have a bad back.

Not "FIRM" at all

This mattress is great!  After unpacking it and placing it on the adjustable platform it fully expanded in short order. It is very comfortable to lay on and there was no odor whatsoever. It is built well and has great support even along the edges of the mattress. I would recommend it.
