We had our reservations about a mattress that would come out of a box, but this exceeded our hopes! A great night's sleep at a great price! And great job on the packaging, too, Serta! Those two wheels on the box made it super easy to get inside!

I'm really impressed with the quality of this mattress. It's so comfortable! It's hard to find a good mattress and after a lot of research, I can say that I'm very happy with my choice. Great quality and affordable.

It arrived in a box and was ready to set up, very convenient that I did not even have to leave the house and it was shipped to my front door! Upon opening the box it only takes a minute or so to fully expand like magic! First thing I noticed was that it is a nice thickness at 12", much thicker than my previous mattress. It is plush, comfy and I had no difficulties adjusting to sleeping on the this new mattress, usually, it takes weeks for me to feel comfy. It conforms to your body and gives you a great nights rest! Very pleased with this hybrid mattress!
