We purchased these as they were out of the Sargento Brand. There is absolutely NO comparison! These have so much less "sharpness" and have a weird, plastic texture. This doesn't seem like real cheese. I'm super disappointed and will be bringing them back (or feeding them to our dogs....) PLEASE BRING BACK THE SARGENTO BRAND!

Perforated lines dont work at all and very hard to separate them. So i had to use scissor everytime. Also opening the stick is very hard. Cheese itself tastes good but what is the pint of buying astring cheese if the packaging dont work. In gonnabhubregular sliced chee

Great for cooking, snacking, slicing, all the things. convenient for lunches and meals, grilled cheese sandwiches, and basically anything. Lasts longer than block cheese, and is overall just plain better than block cheese, aside from the extra packaging waste necessary for all of said benefits.

I've bought them multiple times, always for a quick snack throughout the day. Most times they are great, one of the many bags I've bought must not have been sealed correctly. About a dozen sticks molded within a week or two. It hasn't stopped me from buying again but don't be surprised if it happens to you too.

Having Member's Mark cheese sticks make snacking so easy. My kids grab them to eat with lunch or when we're heading out the door. They get a nice dose of protein at a really affordable price. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

The sealing and perforation between the sticks is often faulty. This has been getting worse over time. The individual cheese sticks are supposed to be individually sealed with perforations made between the sealing areas. But what's been happening more and more is that the alignment between the sealed areas and the perforations are offset such that the perforations occur in the heat-sealed areas. Those perforations, then, cannot be used to separate the sticks because the heat sealing holds those areas together. Also, when the alignment is bad enough, the perforations puncture into the chambers with the cheese, and thus breach the seals. This results in moldy cheese in brand new packages. There needs to be better quality control in the packaging system so that the sealing is accomplished properly AND the perforations are made in the areas between the seals. I like the cheese, and when the seals and perforations are made accurately, the cheese is good. But more and more, there are many sticks with faulty sealing and perforations, thus ruining the cheese. There's no way to inspect the sealing and perforations before opening the main package, so you don't know you've bought a bad batch until you get it home.

Bought in January. In February they are getting moldy on the tops. Expiration is not until May. The seal at the top must not be good enough to keep them vacuum sealed. Or the quality has just gone way down. I'd say at least half of them are molding at this point, 3 months prior to expiration.

Many of the Member's Mark cheddar cheese sticks in the packages I have purchased have green mold on the ends of the product. If you remove it, the product is fine however, given that if the mold is on the ends of the product, it would appear that the cutter mechanism is not being cleaned effectively. In addition, sometimes the plastic wrap does not have the tear slits cut out to where you can peel the plastic wrap. Sam's Club really needs to ensure the vendor for this product has better quality control.

Not very well sealed, about 50% of them have a small amount of mold.

There is always one with mold on it!!!
