A lot of sauces strive for extreme heat, and I can’t really taste any flavors when the food is overwhelmed with heat. This one adds a nice amount of heat that brings out more of the flavor of your food. I tried adding it to pasta sauce for more of an arrabbiata flavor, and on eggs to add a little kick. Both tasted really good - spicy and flavorful. I only added a few drops, so you can definitely dial up the heat with more a generous pour.

The flavor is that perfect mix of tangy vinegar and real pepper heat..spicy enough to wake up a dish, but not so strong that it takes over. I splash it on eggs, mix it into soups, drizzle it over pizza, and even add a few drops to my popcorn. The consistency is just right..not too thick, not too runny and the 6oz bottle is easy to handle and lasts a while (unless you get addicted like me). Honestly, it makes almost anything taste better.
