However, this one surprise me because it has a really well balance of the ratio of vinegar to salt. Usually, in these type of products, one overpowers the other, but in this one, it was actually perfect. The heat is good and a little bit goes a long way. I think it’s very good on potatoes, rice, and beans. It’s a versatile product and I plan on using it on many things. It’s something I would recommend and it’s something I will buy in the future.
