L and R sticks both immediately started drifting, almost out of the box, worse quality than the original SKU/the controllers that launched with the console

I ordered this on valentines day then didnt recieve it until the 20th which is ridiculous. I finally get it a week later its already giving me issues. Cant even get ahold of anyone.

My fiancé got one of these with his son for his birthday. Unboxed it and won’t connect or charge. We’ve watched all the videos on how to fix a remote with these problems and it still doesn’t work.

You should not juat leave someone's package outside. My package was stolen but why wouldn't it. I live in a bad neighborhood there no such thing as leaving a package on the front of the porch or door its good as gone

I love the PlayStation 5 controller, it’s my favorite of all time, I first bought purple. A Black controller came with it , but like ps4 I wanted red and it’s such a cool color on controllers. Red is my least favorite color as well
