This is unacceptable . I bought rhis online before black friday and it was available. Now it says you can ship for free to me and once i hit ok it says shipping unavailable

Unfortunately these ps5 remotes are not built very well. This is the second remote I’ve had to buy for my husband in less than a year because the joystick starts to malfunction. Wish they built them sturdier for how expensive they are.

I bought it here specifically for the extra 2 year warrantee you guys sell. It’s so much quicker and easier than contacting Sony. Well worth the extra cash. Every time.

Feels good, plays good, I've only used it for a couple of hours but there's no problem yet. Would recommend especially if you prefer darker electronics over the white/brighter ones

bought the warranty and wasted money on it becuase they failed to let me make a proper claim. the claim option only ask for water damage or electrical damage. no actual use stuff like its advertised. or drops or so what warenty buys are for..

I was easy to connect i use it on my gaming computer and on my FireTV i will have to say if you use on a fireTv you will have to plug it in the tv because it lags very bad on Bluetooth

Everything ok This was a real PS5 controller. Last year i bought a PS5 controller at Walmart but it came from China and was out of order after 2 weeks! Always look who is the vendor!

I tried to use this to control the temperature of the water in my apartment. I was able too but I couldn’t find the water source to use it in the apartment and it just didn’t work.

This controller is the perfect color and hasn’t given me any problems despite long play-hours! The one that came with my ps5 was garbage and the mic port never did work! This one is 100x better!
