I found the ring I wanted to propose to My significant other, I had to call Sam’s Club online because they didn’t have the right size. The young lady I talked to was amazing and helping me get everything set up the order size and her attitude was excellent totally excellent. I was informed that the ring would not be here until after the large party I had planned, but, fortunately the ring arrived the day before the engagement party. I cannot think the company enough for senator ahead of time versus the days after it said it was going to be delivered. My fiancé and family all were very surprised at her proposal because I told no one I gave a review of 4 Stars because, six days after I propose one of the diamonds fell off the ring and now we have to go through the process of trying to find out what we need to do to get it repaired by the company in New York.

I had everything planed for the delivery date of the ring. The vender is horrible at communication. False delivery date promise. I ordered it on the 4th of September and it was supposed to be delivered on the 16th. Didn’t get any updates regarding the delivery even passed the delivery date so I called them and I was informed that they forgot to ship the item and that they will ship it on the 22nd. No apologies on the vender side. They didn’t even care. I requested for them to cancel it they said oh well you have to send us an email. Horrible I don’t recommend at all specially if you’re hoping for it to be delivered on time. Sam’s club member services online were very helpful tho and they helped me cancel the order.
