These don't last more than 3-4 days, the flame is small and the child resistant spring seems to  interfere even more with ignition. Have ordered in the past and they were ok but so far at least 1/2 out of one box have been defective. Ordered 2 boxes of 50 this time and hope the others work better.

defective batch of BIC  lighters

Item was intact, well packaged, all 50 plus 3 free lighters accounted for.
The price was really good.
A Bic, full size, for under a dollar -- really good price.
I won't have to buy any for a couple of years and already gave some to family for their hurricane emergency packs.
