Only had these on our Equinox for a short while, so this is an initial assessment of the Hankook Kinergy tires. Went with the Kinergy tires after reading the reviews and comparing prices versus Michelin ($$$) tires. So far I am very pleased with the smooth, quiet ride. After driving in heavy rain last week the Kinergy tires felt very stable and I had no issues with road grip or braking. If something shows-up, I will update this review. But as of today, I would definitely purchase the Hankook Kinergy tires again!

I recently needed new tires on my 2007 Honda CR-V. I chose Hankook Kinergy tires as I have been running a set of Hankook tires on my Suburban (very happy with them). Sam's worked with me to get them ordered and delivered to the Sam's Club that I use. Becky at Sam's gave great service as did the installer. I made an appointment to have the tires put on and Sam's was done in an hour. Sam's Club and Becky and the installer worked with me as I did not have a spare tire for the Honda and one of the rear tires had a flat. There was insufficient tread to allow a repair to be made. Sam's Club put one of the new tires on the rim when I brought it in and then we made the appointment to install the other 3 tires the following day. Being able to schedule an appointment to have the tires installed is great, so much better than "hit or miss" and just walking in and hoping they had time to install the tires. Now with Sam's making tire installation appointments it is really easy to schedule the installation so it fits my schedule and fits Sam's schedule. Being a Plus member saved me 50% of the installation fee. The roadside service guarantee and the free rotation and balancing are part of the installation package. I will buy tires from Sam's Club again in the future. Very Happy! Thank you.

I think Hankook makes the best tires

Loving these tires. Sams club went out of there way to fit me in. You can't go wrong with buying these tires.

Replaced OE Continental tires which lasted 41k miles. These Hankook tires made me feel like I was driving the car brand new! Smooth steer and drive! Hope they last 80-90k as promised. I am good for the next 5 yrs atleast! And to top off, a $40 hankook rebate was available, which essetially brown the cosy down to under 100 buck eaxh for the PT tire. 225 65 17. Get them!!

Bought two of these about 6 months ago for our Rav4 to see how they wear. Bought two more recently. Based on treadwear and miles on the first two, I estimate that the four tires will last around 40,000 miles. I know it's less miles than advertised, but most treadwear claims are overly optimistic. And we live on a rocky dirt road. Treadwear warranties through Walmart are worthless. Traction on wet pavement and on gooey mud is pretty good. Haven't had the chance to try them on snow or ice yet. After driving on a curvy portion of I-25 in New Mexico during a very heavy rain, I am confident in their performance on water. Kept it at 75 while others were slowing down, and never felt any loss of traction.

Hard to review when I've only put 250 miles on them but 1st impressions are very good. They have a nice smooth ride and very little/no road noise. I also replace the 4 wheel bearing assemblies at the same time and with the new tires the 2006 Saturn Vue rides as good if not better than when I first drove it off the lot in 2006. So far I think these tires are an very good choice/value for the money.

These tires were a gift for my roommates son I bought them for him , the looked great fit his car perfectly, the brand is well know for durability lasting for high mileage I have bought myself some in the past would recommend them Hankkook tires you can depend on

Just had new set installed by Walmart. They are replacing a set of Kelly's I think. Traction on wet road was okay don't know about wear yet. Handling on a 16 equinox is horrible! I would rather just left old tires besides traction. Feels like I'm riding on half flat tires.

Purchased and installed on our 2018 Equinox in January 2024. Roaring has gotten continuously louder over that past year to the point I am ready to remove and replace the tires WELL before they have reached their life span. We just returned from a 1200 mile round trip vacation, and our ears were ringing. I'm 70 years old and can safely say these are the noisiest tires I have ever owned. Wet road traction is good, tires ride smooth, but the roaring is awful. Rated for 90K miles but they're not going to make it to 60K. I would never recommend Hankook Kinergy tires to anyone.
