Member's Mark Standard Shredded Mild Yellow Cheddar Cheese 5 lbs.

It doesn't really melt, has no cheese pull, no real taste to it at all. It's like plastic or something. I don't like it at all.

They did something to the cheese. Ruined Easter! Cheese would not melt.  Not even after 2 hours cooking in mac and cheese. Been buying the same exact Members Mark 5 lb blue bag for 20 years this never happened. It acted like plastic dollar store cheese. Stayed in shred form never melted.

Fake Cheese Now Disappointed

I put cheese on almost everything. This cheese is so good. I had to put some of it in the freezer. This was a lot of cheese for the price.
